農家のこせがれネットワーク地域交流会を秋津野ガルテンで開催！
3月24日、晴天
田辺市の農業体験交流施設「秋津野ガルテン」を舞台に、
関東のNPO法人「農家のこせがれネットワーク」代表理事CEO宮治勇輔氏を招いての
フォーラム・交流会を開催しました。

和歌山の地域振興は、第一次産業の発展にある！との思いで、若手後継者たちをさらに元気づける企画をと、今回の交流会は全国を飛び回ってネットワークづくりをすすめる宮治さんに来ていただくことに。
農家のこせがれネットワークが実施する地域交流会の狙いは
①都市部のこせがれが地元に戻った際に、迎えてくれる仲間をつくる
②東京などを活用して成長したい農業者への道筋を提供しやすくする
③農業者以外にも農・食などに関心がある地域の人がつながること
その目的にふさわしく、まさに就農1年目の新米さんや、Uターン後継者を中心に、地域づくりの方、食関係の事業主さんなど、そうそうたるメンバーが集まってくれました。

田辺市の地域コーディネーター岸上氏による、秋津野ガルテン案内。

宮治さん自身、神奈川県の養豚農家のこせがれ。大学卒業後、会社勤務を経て実家へ。家族で営む養豚業に就き、主にマーケットブレーンとして活動し、独自の手法で「宮治豚」ブランドを確立。そんなプロフィールや地域の事例など、流れるような口調で楽しく飽きさせず、役立つお話満載の講演をしてくださいました。

秋津野ガルテンは、もと小学校。フォーラム会場も昔の教室そのままです。
なので、定員40名を大幅に超えてしまったため、机もとっぱらって、みんな膝寄せ合っての場になりました。
フォーラム参加49名、登壇者7名で、計56名
うち、農家が41名。
まさに教室規模の会にしたかったので、
あえて大々的に参加募集をかけませんでした。
直接、間接的にお声かけしたり、
ツイッターやフェイスブックで自ら情報を手繰り寄せた方ばかりが集まり…
当然、熱気も違います。
